Accident Analysis Service is dedicated to providing its clients with an effective work product that meets the requirement of the State and Federal courts. Conclusions and opinions are derived from both quantitative and qualitative analyses based upon the law of physics, mathematical formulae, testing and procedures commonly used by traffic accident reconstructionists and recognized by the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction known as ACTAR.
Fees
Retainer Fee
A non-refundable, $500 Retainer Fee is required to open a case file. The minimum fee for an Accident Analysis (file review only) is $500. A typical accident reconstruction with written report runs approximately $2500-$3500. However, some cases require more time than others.
Professional Fees
$150 per hour is charged for professional services, i.e., accident investigation, accident reconstruction, accident animation and related procedures i.e., testing, developing demonstrative evidence, photographic analysis, report writing, etc.
Expert Witness Fee
Expert Testimony is $500 per day for court, hearings and depositions.
Airbag Control Module Download
$500 per CDR download.
Travel Fees
Travel time is charged @ $150 per hour (maximum of $800 per Day). All out of state transportation expenses and over night accommodations is to be pre-paid.
